Francisco José Augier is a diving professional whose career is a clear example of evolution, commitment, and a passion for the sea. His story begins with a courageous decision: traveling to Thailand in search of new experiences and opportunities. What could have initially been a simple adventure became the starting point of a solid and transformative career.
Upon arriving in Thailand, Francisco discovered not only a natural paradise but also his true vocation. He trained as a diving instructor, dedicating time, effort, and discipline to perfecting both his technical and pedagogical skills. His ability to instill confidence underwater, paired with a strong work ethic, allowed him to stand out quickly in a highly competitive environment.
Over the years, he accumulated extensive experience working intensely within the sector—guiding divers of all levels and tackling the daily challenges of a professional life in the ocean. His perseverance, natural leadership, and strategic vision led him to take on greater responsibilities, eventually becoming a manager. In this role, he did more than just coordinate operations; he also drove team growth and elevated service quality.
Today, Francisco José Augier is the Co-founder of DPM Diving, where he combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and an entrepreneurial spirit. From this position, he continues to develop projects, train new professionals, and offer high-level diving experiences—always with the same enthusiasm that first led him to dive into Thai waters.
