Mareaviva, the course app built by DPM
Every diver at your school follows their course in Mareaviva: progress tracker, dive briefings with site maps, dive plans, species logbook and a photo pack at the end. Instructors are assigned in the app and follow each diver's progress from their side.
It's our own system, so your school uses it from day one.

Frequently asked questions about the franchise
Do I need to be a diving instructor to open a franchise?
No. DPM supplies the instructors for your school and can also provide a manager. If you'd rather run it yourself, you or your manager train at another DPM school before opening.
How much investment does a DPM Diving franchise need?
It depends on the location, the premises and the boat setup. You don't have to fund the whole school: you can also buy a share of one, with DPM or other partners covering the rest. We share the figures for each destination on the first call.
Do I have to manage bookings?
No. Bookings go through DPM's own booking system, and every diver follows their course in Mareaviva, our app. You don't have to manage the booking process.
Who handles the legal side in each country?
DPM takes care of the legal process to open and run the school in each country.
Can I open in a location that isn't on the list?
Yes. The list shows the destinations that can open soonest, but we're happy to study any place with good diving and steady tourism. Add it in the "Other location" field of the form.
Which certification agency do DPM schools work with?
DPM Diving schools train with SSI, from beginner courses to professional levels.
How long does it take to open?
It depends on licences and premises in each country. The locations on this page are the ones we can open relatively quickly.
