Fun dives at DPM Diving in Nusa Penida are two-tank guided trips for certified divers (Open Water or above). Two boats depart daily, each with a preferred site rotation that depends on weather and current conditions on the day. Morning boat (meeting at 7am, returning around 12:30pm): preferred sites are Crystal Bay and Manta Point.
Crystal Bay is known for mola mola (ocean sunfish) sightings during the cold upwelling season (typically July to October). Manta Point is a recognised manta ray cleaning station — encounters are frequent under normal conditions but not guaranteed on any individual dive. Afternoon boat (meeting at 12:15pm, returning around 4:30pm): preferred sites are SD Point, Toyapakeh and Sental.
These sites offer calmer conditions and are accessible to divers of most experience levels. The price of 1,800,000 IDR per trip covers two dives, a professional dive guide, full dive equipment (dive computer available for rent separately), snacks on board and shower and towel service. A standard SSI medical questionnaire applies before any in-water activity.
Divers who have been out of the water for more than a year should complete the Refresh programme before joining the regular fun dive rotation. Bookings via WhatsApp.
